Health is the first letter of QHSE.

For thirty years our work has been about keeping people safe and well at work. But the way people eat, sleep, think and cope does not stay at home when they clock in — and it does not stop when they clock out. Heart of Healthy Living takes the same practical approach we bring to high-risk sites and applies it to everyday life.

A healthy body, a settled mind and a steady home are where safe decisions start.

Twelve programmes, three themes.

Take one programme on its own or combine several into a series. Tick the + beside any programme to add it to your enquiry list, then send it to us in one go.
